As you are beginning your educational journey on the platform, we’d like to share some expectations and guidelines to help care for the safety and integrity of the platform.

We’ve found that being clear about this upfront helps create a safer space for our community and for the well being of all students.

We have no tolerance for what we perceive as; racist or sexist language, sexual or other types of harassment, verbal abuse, gaslighting, threats or acts of violence, and other forms of abuse. We will cancel the membership of any student who engages in this type of behaviour.

Our coursework covers more advanced communication frameworks and requires that participants demonstrate the more foundational skills such as emotional self-regulation, capacity to take multiple perspectives, and the ability to receive and integrate feedback from trainers and peers.

In order to maintain a high quality learning environment for all students, we sometimes ask people to leave the platform if they consistently struggle with self-regulation, healthy perspective taking, and a reasonable degree of capacity to receive feedback.

We are committed to finding a good fit, this community is not meant for everyone.

Personal thanks.
